Bespoke Meal Planning In Tampa Bay

We believe that healthy food should be delicious. We use high-quality, locally sourced, and largely organic ingredients to make bespoke, customized meals. Our meals are designed to be high protein, even for vegetarians and pescatarians.

The meal prep menu changes every week and is shaped to your preferences. Our clients include busy working professionals, families with picky eaters or complex allergies, and professional athletes.

Our catering menu is seasonal for the freshest ingredients and perfect atmosphere.
Nine disposable bowls with, starting from the top left going down, sauteed zucchini, roasted herby baby potatoes, and seared harissa marinated shrimp, each item in its own container for family style serving. How it works:

For example, if you’re a family of four who wants three meals, or a couple wanting six meals, pick twelve. You can always adjust this later.
If you’re a new customer, you’ll need to fill out an intake form with your dietary needs and preferences.

My name is Galina Guffa-Olesberg, and my favorite thing is making people feel loved with good food. I specialize in making nutritious, delicious food within dietary restrictions. After earning my degree at the New England Culinary Institute, I’ve been working in hospitality for over ten years, from fine-dining to in-home, and even artisan bakeries. All the while keeping health and sustainability at the forefront. Now I'm living in sunny St Pete, and ready to share my food here.
